Detailed Policy
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products that are:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In original condition, free of dirt, oil, or jobsite wear
- Shipped back in original or equivalent protective packaging
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or special-order products
- Installed or used items
- Products damaged by improper installation, misuse, or operation outside specifications
Return Process
- Contact us at support@tracktechequipment.com or call (678) 912-1414 to request a Return Authorization (RA).
- Provide your order number, machine model, and reason for return.
- Once approved, weβll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
Note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued after inspection and approval of returned products.
- Processing time: 7β10 business days after receipt.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless TrackTECH made an error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Restocking Fees
A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns not caused by TrackTECHβs error. No restocking fee applies if the return is due to our mistake.
Exchanges
Exchanges for different track sizes or tread patterns may be approved at our discretion. If the replacement differs in cost, youβll be charged or refunded the difference.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, notify us immediately.
- For freight shipments, damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at delivery.
- We will assist with inspection and may issue a replacement or refund.
Fitment Responsibility
We provide detailed fitment information for every product. However, the final responsibility rests with the customer to confirm the exact submodel and track size before purchase.
