Shipping Options & Delivery Times

  • Free Standard Shipping – All orders, no minimum

  • Same-Day Processing – Orders placed by 12 PM CT (Mon–Fri) ship the same business day

  • Delivery Timeline – Most orders arrive within 1–3 business days

  • Northeast Georgia Pickup – Local warehouse hub

  • Freight Terminal Pickup – Hundreds of nationwide terminals available

Tracking & Communication

  • Instant tracking emails upon dispatch

  • Freight support with terminal contacts & instructions

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • All products leave our facility in inspected, good condition

  • Claims for loss or damage must be filed directly with the carrier

  • TrackTECH support will assist with documentation but assumes no liability for carrier performance


Freight Receiving Instructions

1. Inspect Before Signing

  • Check packaging for damage

  • Verify counts against the Bill of Lading (BOL)

  • Note visible damage/shortages on the BOL before signing

2. Concealed Damage

  • Must be reported within 5 business days

  • Take immediate photos of packaging & product

  • Retain packing materials until claim resolved

3. Filing Claims

  • All claims must be filed directly with the carrier

  • TrackTECH Equipment Solutions LLC is not responsible for carrier-related damage or loss once an order leaves our facility in good condition

  • TrackTECH will act in good faith to support customers by providing shipping documents, dispatch photos, and claims guidance

  • Any assistance does not constitute acceptance of liability for carrier performance

4. Refusing Shipments

  • If damage is severe, refuse delivery and note β€œRefused – Damaged” on the BOL

  • Contact TrackTECH immediately for replacement arrangements

5. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must inspect shipments before signing the BOL

  • Failure to note damages/shortages may forfeit the right to file a claim with the carrier
